AutoShip (Recurring Orders)

LifeWave® offers a comprehensive Recurring Orders System for the convenience of its network marketing distributors and retail customers.

This system is more extensive than typical “autoship” systems. It provides the capability to create, activate, and deactivate any number of order templates, meaning that each can be shipped on a specified day of the month.

For example, you can create one template for one set of LifeWave Energy Enhancer Patches shipped on the 3rd day of the month, and another template for one set of Silent Nights Patches and brochures shipped on the 17th day of the month. Keep any number of templates on file and turn them on and off as you like.

Distributors may also set up recurring order templates for their retail customers.

LifeWave will automatically send product to them every month.

AutoShip FAQ's:

Is it required to use recurring orders?
Absolutely not. Recurring orders are provided strictly as a convenience to LifeWave distributors and retail customers. However, price and/or other incentives may be incorporated into orders placed through the recurring orders feature.

How many recurring order templates may I keep?
There is no practical limit to the number of templates you can have.

Can my retail customers set up their own recurring orders?
No, distributors must set up and manage the recurring templates of their customers.

Can I use different payment methods on different recurring order templates?
Each template may have its own payment method. You could, for example, use one credit card on one template and a different credit card on another. You may also have a unique shipping address for each template if you so desire.

What happens if my credit card doesn’t go through for a recurring order?
If your credit card does not go through, the order will be placed on hold. Three attempts will be made on three different days to use the same card. If all three attempts fail, then the template will automatically be made inactive. If your card fails, then you will be immediately sent an email so that you can take corrective action.

All you need to do is update your credit card information and the order will process in the next attempt. Of course, if the third attempt has already occurred, then it will not process automatically. If the order does process on the second or third attempt it will use the date of the original order so there is no chance to loose any Personal Volume.
