Founder & CEO

David is the inventor of LifeWave technology and founder and CEO of LifeWave.

David’s experience in business and product development spans over 30 years and includes a formal education in Management Information Systems and Biology at Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. David then went on to pursue several entrepreneurial endeavors and, as a result, owned successful companies involved in manufacturing and product development. One of these companies, Advanced Applications Group, is a research and development center that specialized in energy-production technologies for both military and commercial applications. During his time with AAG, David developed new methods for producing hydrogen and oxygen, designed and prototyped multi-fueled, bladeless-turbine power generation systems, and constructed metal-combustion rocket engines.

As a result of his innovations, David was presented with an honorary doctorate by Dr. Alexander Marinaccio of the International Hall of Fame of Inventors. In addition, as a result of work performed in the design of emergency oxygen systems for General Dynamics and the U.S. Navy, David was invited to participate in the Navy’s next generation mini-sub program.

The LifeWave Technology was born out of three years of intense research by David into the concept of being able to naturally increase energy and stamina through elevation of fat burning, utilizing wireless communication to the human body via phototherapy. The LifeWave Technology is now available to the public. David has committed the past 15 years into making this opportunity a reality.

Globally, David is the holder of 94 issued patents, 13 pending, with many more being written. More than seventy of those issued patents are in the field of regenerative science and technology. One of his inventions, the Double Helix Conductor, produces a novel blend of electromagnetic and non-electromagnetic fields to improve the speed of wound healing that rivals that of stem-cell injections. This led to David realizing that phototherapy can be a means by which a person’s own stem cells can be activated into a more youthful state as opposed to requiring an injection of expensive and potentially dangerous stem cells . Hence, after ten years of study, the X39® patch was born.

Since the inception of LifeWave in 2002, David has overseen global operations of the company and has accelerated expansion into approximately one-hundred countries, with offices presently in the United States, Ireland, Japan and Taiwan -- with warehouse and distribution facilities throughout the world . LifeWave has been a multiple recipient of Inc. magazine’s list of fastest-growing companies.

Jules Rudick has an extensive, 30-year international business career having lived and worked in Hong Kong and Taiwan for more than 25 years. From 1982 – 2005 he owned and operated Rudick International Ltd. in Hong Kong. Additionally, Jules has set up and operated numerous joint ventures in Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom, acting as director for many of these private companies.

Over the course of his career, Jules has developed extensive business relationships and contacts throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. From 2005 until joining LifeWave as the Vice President of Planning & Strategy in January of 2009, Jules worked as a business consultant for small and medium-sized businesses in need of business expertise and private equity funding.

Jules holds a master's degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management in Glendale, Arizona. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and is an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.

Working closely with the executive team and country leads, Lori directs company global Sales and Marketing strategies, which include the delivery of key company priorities that focus on our Member experience.

Lori comes to LifeWave with 30 years of Marketing and Sales acumen. She has dedicated her career to helping companies define, communicate, and activate their brands. Her purpose-driven marketing approach marries digital strategy with fresh, creative storytelling. Having held executive roles at some of the world’s most successful direct-selling companies, consulted across the broad spectrum of startups to Fortune 100 companies, and led multiple digital agencies serving iconic brands, Lori’s uniquely honed experience yields the consistent results of brand amplification and sales growth.

Joseph A. DePanfilis

Chief Financial Officer

A leader in Finance and Operations management for more than 25 years, Joseph DePanfilis comes to LifeWave after serving as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operation Officer and Director of Finance for privately held, publicly traded, and private equity-held companies.

He has experience in diverse areas of industry finance, including high-tech auto manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, telecommunications and consumer products. Joseph has also directed financial management of foreign operations, served in accounting capacities, as well as played a key role in business start-ups and turnarounds. In his career he has garnered a strong reputation for improving operations and impacting business growth through such measures as strong and resourceful finance management, and productivity/efficiency improvements.

Joseph holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University, in Providence, Rhode Island.

Chris Samudio joins LifeWave as our Senior Director of Global Sales Operations. Chris graduated from Western Governor's University with a B.A. in Special Education. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and had the opportunity to work and live Venezuela for 18 months.

His robust operations experience spans the globe, including Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, South Africa, Taiwan, and Japan, with a focus on Latin America.

As a critical player in on-the-ground operations set-up, Chris has also driven the establishment of KPIs, standardized processes, and centralized training.

Chris will lead a high impact; global sales operations team that focuses on optimizing sales efficiency by refining sales processes, forecasting, creating & documenting details of all aspects of key performance metrics, and creating and driving exceptional customer experience.

Currently Chris lives in Utah with his wife and six, yes you read that right, SIX children. When he's not working or at home with his family, Chris can be found Jeeping, playing guitar, or riding his Harley.

His high energy and depth of knowledge make him a welcome addition to the LifeWave leadership team.

By optimizing process and scaling for efficiency, Jeff delivers both quantitative and qualitative improvements in customer experience.

Those who work with Jeff cite his unfailing devotion to his team as the hallmark of his career; Jeff believes that creating a positive environment for his customer service team translates into a positive experience for customers. He serves as a powerful advocate for those he manages and the LifeWave customer base. Not only has she worked with some of the biggest and brightest field leaders in the industry, but she has done so across many boundaries & cultures. Focused on building strong partnerships of respect & collaboration, she has led sales teams to new benchmarks in sales, innovation, and growth. Emily also has extensive experience in promotions, field development, events & recognition, education & training, compensation plans, mentorship, and individual & corporate brand development.

As an avid consumer of all thing’s personal development, Emily has been on a life-long journey to gain better insight into human behavior and connection. Part of this learning included gaining her degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University with a minor in Business Management.

Working closely with our country mangers in Taiwan, Malaysia, and the Philippines, Dr. Choo is focused on sales and marketing for the region and will be developing strategic plans for current and future markets as expansion continues unbated. Dr. Choo will be working out of our Kuala Lumpur office.

To this new role, Dr. Choo brings over 30 years of rich experience. His past working roles include Chief Executive Officer for Vitalife Sciences Asia, Group Vice President at Elken Global, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at BlueScope Steel Asia, and Head of Marketing for McDonald’s Corporation Malaysia. He has a PhD from University College of Dublin - UCD, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science from UPM Malaysia.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management and as a result of her extensive career, she is well versed in Customer Services, Sales, Marketing, Country Management, Strategy and Compliance. She is fluent in German, Spanish, English and French and has proven her ability to deliver value in a complex and evolving business environment. She loves engaging with distributors, supporting their business and personal growth and helping them make a difference.

With her international experience, her leadership and passion, Claudia marks an exciting chapter for LifeWave Europe.

Sophia graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a bachelor’s degree in English. Early on in her life Sophia’s tenacity and deep sense of personal responsibility shaped the trajectory of her career. She went on to become an English teacher with a passion for engaging students in education; she published two books on the subject of making English language learning fun and playful. One of these books climbed to the top 20 best sellers list of non-literary books at a renowned bookstore. Beyond her education profession, Sophia gained valuable experience as a tour guide at a travel agency and a secretary of a medical company.
